Super convenient stay for our domestic Australian departure. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk away from the domestic terminal and easily reached. Spacious rooms with lots of toiletries, coffee making machine and selection of teas and coffees. Very quiet, despite the airport vicinity.

The room allocated was excellent studio quality for the money paid. Was on the first floor so no view apart from looking at the roof below. Suggest some thought from check in staff prior to what this room is more suitable for customers than just allocating. Suggest maybe the staff are more aware of what the room / rooms are best customer optioned for simply by being aware of the rooms available. Did not eat at their restaurant as was told no jandels and singlets to be worn, I agree no singlets, got to have some rules ah ! but no jandels, apparently was told the Chef didn't approve. It was also difficult to pin point a time to eat as there were only certain times available to book in. Instead went to Ibis next door as have stayed there on our last visit with no issues. The pool and gym were excellent and if you are looking for a hotel that has dead quiet rooms this will suit you. There was also a issue with payment not being accepted by their paywave. Our credit card had been accepted throughout Queensland however not here. The staff struggled to sort as definitely not our problem, but was resolved when another hand held paywave accepted the payment. Overall this was a average experience, regrettably will red flag as just too many small annoying conversations and issues.

Hôtel de bon standing, un peu à l'écart de l'aéroport. L'accès se fait depuis l'aéroport par bus et en marchant, ou bien avec la navette de l'hôtel moyennant un petit supplément. Style moderne. Chambres propres, bien tenues, accueil professionnel et sympathique.

Pullman d.une médiocrité désolante qui ose se faire passer pour un 5 étoiles….chambre agréable mais bar,restaurant très bas de gamme avec un personnel du même niveau Vraiment pas un bon représentant du groupe Accor

Lamentablemente no pudimos disfrutar de las instalaciones del hotel todo lo que quisiésemos. Nos alojamos de urgencia debido a la cancelación de un vuelo y nos levantamos demasiado temprano. A pesar de ello nos dio tiempo a comprobar el impecable estado de las habitaciones. Alejándonos en una habitación con dos camas dobles el espacio era más que suficiente con un espacio diferenciado para ducha, sanitario y baño. Siendo un hotel de tránsito en el aeropuerto para aprovechar su cercanía es un lujo poder alojarse en él.
