Excellent service, polite and courteous staff. Food and hospitality was great. Definitely recommend the hotel to others as qell When they are visiting Hyderabad. The hotel has local charm which i liked. Hotel front desk was great especially the entire team and also hk team dhiraj, Deepak did great job

Everything was great at the mercury Hyderabad. The hotel is just wow and lovely. Food and overall hospitality of front desk and house keeping was great. Thanks to Suraj, sanjukta, Reshma and ganesh all was beyond expectations. At last all was lovely

Excellent services and best hospitality. From the starting of the entrance to the end of my stay everything was so perfect. The reception along with bangle chandeliers with the center of the lobby id the best attraction. The food and services was excellent. Best hotel to stay.
