Dear Laura P.X. Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us at Novotel London Brentford. It seems that you found everything about the hotel to be great except the location, which could have also been a positive if you had some additional travel information. Thanks for specifically highlighting that "The hotel is very cool and clean, modern, the rooms are large and have a TV where you can put Netflix, YouTube, etc. on the TV....... The employees are very kind." The hotel is in proximity of a number of places of interest (Kew Gardens, Twickenham Stadium, Wembley, Richmond etc, however I believe what you might have been referring to is that the hotel is between 45 minutes - 1 hour from the centre of London. The hotel is well connected to transportation links with the bus stop located directly across the road with both the Brentford overhead train station as well as the South Ealing underground station within walking distance from the hotel. London Heathrow airport is approximately 25 minutes by car and approximately 50 minutes by bus/underground if you travel outside of peak traffic. I am therefore sorry to learn that your journey to the airport took 2 hours which then negatively impacted your overall stay with us. I hope that with you now being a bit more travel savvy, this will ease the one negative you had of your stay and not deter you from staying with us again in the future. Kind regards, Terence
