Отдыхали в марте 2024 года .С 13 по 19 марта.Понравилось абсолютно все. Начиная от номера и заканчивая пляжем.Так как отдыхаем не первый раз нам предложили улучшенный номер с видом на горы.У мужа было день рождение .Было так приятно прийти с пляжа и увидеть поздравление от отеля тортом и подписанной открыткой. Все благодаря менеджеру Аиде на ресепшен. А также Джамиле которые помогают во всех вопросам. Девочки чудо . 5 раз развозка на пляж.Отличная еда .Брали завтраки и ужины. Рекомендую отель всем своим знакомым.Обязательно вернемся

فندق جيد ومريح اسكن هنا منذ شهر ولم اواجه اي مشاكل ، الخدمة جميلة وسريعة واشكر نويد الذي في الاستقبال على خدمته وشخص مساعد جداً ، الغرفه رائعه ونظيفه انصح اي شخص ياتي للفجيرة ان يعيش هنا ، فندق جميل وسعره حلو ، السيرفرز جيد واود ان اشكر موظفة الاستقبال بان

Хороший спокойный отель. Не хватило принадлежностей для чистки зубов и тд. Хорошее разнообразное питание, добрый и отзывчивый персонал, хорошо помог человек на ресепшене по имени Naveed. Отличный большой бассейн. Трансфер до пляжа 3 раза в день.

La verdad me voy muy contenta con el hotel. Gracias a Jay de House keeping, June con su sonrisa y su excelente recibimiento en el buffet. Dhil por su actitud contagiosa en el bar, y la señora en café Novotel(se me escapa su nombre), Pan en recepción, los chicos del banquete a la hora del desayuno. De verdad, gracias por su actitud al servicio, amabilidad y por hacer mi estadía más llevadera

Mi estancia en el hotel fue increíble. Su limpieza es excelente, en especial como Jay Prakash cuidaba de la habitacion y de todos los detalles en ella. June, por siempre recibirme con una sonrisa y la mejor actitud. Todos fueron muy amables y me ayudaron muchísimo.
