Hotel Mercure Jakarta Simatupang memberikan pengalaman luar biasa yang tak terlupakan. Dari saat saya tiba, suasana yang nyaman dan hangat langsung terasa. Kamar yang bersih dan nyaman memberikan kesan yang menyenangkan, serta fasilitas yang lengkap membuat pengalaman menginap semakin istimewa. Staff hotel sangat ramah dan profesional. Mereka selalu siap membantu dengan senyuman, baik itu untuk memberikan informasi tentang tempat-tempat wisata di sekitar Jakarta atau untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tamu. Pelayanan mereka sungguh luar biasa dan membuat saya merasa dihargai sebagai tamu. Selain itu, fasilitas hotel seperti pusat kebugaran sangat memuaskan. Saya dapat bersantai dan melepas penat setelah seharian beraktivitas di kota Jakarta. Restoran hotel juga menyajikan hidangan lezat dengan berbagai pilihan menu yang menggugah selera saat iftar. Como hotel accor, los procedimientos están bien cuidados. Cuenta con un servicio y atención al cliente cuidado. Las habitaciones son amplias con una limpieza correcta. La terraza de la azotea es una buena opción para desconectar. El desayuno es correcto aunque la sala se queda pequeña. Precio correcto
