Stayed here as a family of 3 and the hotel was well equipped for families and the egg hunt was a nice touch. I wanted to mentioned Martyn at the front desk, as he has brilliant customer service and made our trip memorable. Thank you very much, you are a star and a credit to the hotel!

Quick check in and friendly staff, but rooms need improvement!

We first want to highlight that the check-in was very simple and straightforward. This meant we could settle into our room quickly, which was appreciated. The same could be said for the checkout, it was very prompt and meant we could leave to continue our day in Exeter. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were accommodating to any changes we wanted to make to the room. However, the only way we could describe our room was shabby. There were marks all over the walls, and stains throughout the carpet. The fridge was also not particularly clean. Furthermore, there was a very unpleasant drain smell in the lobby of the hotel which made entering the hotel, not the most welcoming experience. We will say, however, that the bathroom was spotless. The room was relatively soundproof, and the blackout curtains were very good. The hotel is in an ideal location, and the staff are a credit to the establishment. But our room could be improved as it needed much TLC. We did not feel that the room was worth what was being charged considering the state of it.

The smell of drains upon entering the hotel foyer isn’t the best welcome, add to that there was a lady complaining about the ‘cleanliness’ of her bed linen when we were checking in, not the best start to a 4 night stay. The whole place needs a good clean and some fresh air throughout, the food is not worth the money, the furniture in the restaurant is tatty and worn, beds and pillows uncomfortable. Good points were that in the room there was a good shower with nice hot water and the air conditioning worked. We were also grateful to have an interconnecting room with a family member.

Hemos estado 16 dias y hemos recibido dia a día amabilidad de todos los empleados. Excelente desayuno. Maravilloso restaurante y bar. Amplias habitaciones y muy limpias. Ubicado en el centro y 2 minutos de Equay. Aparcas sin problema. Pero el triunfo de hacerte sentir tan a gusto es gracias al personal: recepción, camareros, señoras de limpieza....Gracias a todos. Volveremos pronto. MUY RECOMENDABLE

Es un hotel con buenas instalaciones, climatizado, tranquilo, con salones disponibles para realizar conferencias. Muy cómodo y el personal muy atento. Las habitaciones siempre limpias y los baños impecables. Definitivamente, volvería.
