Mucho ruido, la habitación no correspondía a lo solicitado, muy sucio, nulo servicio habitaciones, pésimo servicio de desayunos (después de preguntar el día anterior el horario de desayunos, para asegurarme que tendría tiempo de desayunar antes de un viaje largo, el bar en el que tienen concertado el desayuno no abrió a la hora convenida y me quede sin desayunar y pagando un servicio que no pude utilizar)

Las fotos hablan de cocina pero no existe ningun utencilio para ocuparla, no hay platos, servicios nada, solo dos tazas y 2 cucharas, no hay reposicion de te y nada, y e aseo deja mucho que desear, muy sucio bajo la cama entre otras cosas.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad y rodeado de diversos comercios y establecimientos. El servicio fue muy atento y amable. La habitación era muy pequeña, pero tenía todo lo indispensable. El desayuno estuvo bien, aunque la espera se alargó más de lo que esperábamos.

La habitación es muy pequeña, pero está bien equipada y bien iluminada. Lo peor fue el baño. La ducha no está separada del resto del baño, así que con cada ducha se mojaba todo el piso. Por otro lado el baño tenía permanentemente olor, desde que llegamos a la habitación. Ubicación céntrica, muy cerca de Sky Tower, Viaducto Harbour y el Parque Albert. A una cuadra de la parada de Skybus.

I disappointmet about this hotel , the room's smell was disgusting. The bathroom is very small the shower is next to toilet without cabin, when I took shower all place was wet. THE BREAKFAST IS A BOX TO TAKE AWAY. Please check the quality. Estoy muy decepcionada de este ibis, La habitación tenia un desagradable olor a humedad , el baño era muy pequeño no había separación entre la ducha y el inodoro , cuanto tomas un baño queda todo mojado. EL DESAYUNO ES UNA CAJA PARA LLEVAR y por ultimo hay una obra de construcción al lado del hotel por lo cual hay mucho ruido . Por favor revisar la calidad.
