We chose this hotel mainly because of its location - just a few minutes' walk from the station. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go from this hotel. The Deep (aquarium) is about 20 minutes' walk and the MKM stadium is about 30 minutes' walk. Overall the hotel is very good. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good hot and cold selection (although the room we ate in was a bit cold!) Our room was fine, with, importantly, a good shower, though a few hooks on the walls for coats would have been really useful. The staff were nice and friendly. They were helpful regarding my son's nut allergy, and when we mentioned to a member of staff that we were going to The Deep, he advised us of the best way to walk there. The only real disadvantage was that we were told the aircon doesn't come on until it's warmer outside, and I found the room really hot at night. The hotel were happy to give me a fan for the second night, which helped. Overall a good stay, and we'll probably stay here again if we return to Hull.

Basic, clean, no-frills hotel offering all I needed, with helpful, friendly staff at a bargain price. Recommended.

No frills, but that's exactly what I wanted. Convenient location five minutes from the station. Comfortable, clean room with big shower. Staff friendly and helpful beyond the call of duty. Basic restaurant with standard meals served freshly cooked and without pretention - nothing fancy, but that's the kind of place it is. Exceptionally good value. For a business trip I couldn't expect more.

El check in y el check out fue muy bien. Igualmente la situación está bien, cerca de la estación y del centro. La habitación estaba bien, aunque las paredes estaban un poco sucias. La limpieza estuvo por debajo de lo esperado, el water estaba sucio y no había nada de jabón para el lavabo ni gel ni champú para la ducha. Tuvimos que pedir 2 veces (por la mañana y por la noche) que nos trajeran el jabón, el gel y el champú, para que nos lo dieran finalmente en recepción.

Estupenda relación calidad-precio, 50 euros por noche y en pleno centro de la ciudad, a cinco minutos de la estación. Personal amabilísimo y habitación espaciosa, wifi gratis y secador incluido. Muy limpio.

Nos trasladamos por trabajo un mes. El trato fue atento y familiar, desayuno de buffet muy completo, además de poder comer y cenar a precios asequibles. Buenas habitaciones muy limpias. Lo mejor sin duda el personal.
