Durante toda la estadia fue imposible tener señal de wifi en la habitacion.

En contra, desayuno muy caro y agua de la piscina demasiado fría.

Llegamos a las 2 de la tarde con 2 niñas pequeñas, y nos dijeron que todavía no podían darnos la habitación (sin ninguna explicación más)… Estábamos en la planta 2 y era horrorosa la espera para coger el ascensor, mucha espera porque siempre pasaba lleno (me refiero a la llegada y a la vuelta con las maletas). La habitación era correcta, aunque no estaría de más que limpiaran la nespresso ya que ofrecen el servicio, el depòsito del agua estaba muy sucio y no daban ganas de utilizarla. Pusimos el cartel para que nos limpiaran la habitación (de hecho comprobamos que lo habíamos puesto correctamente) y al volver a las 6 de la tarde no nos habían hecho la habitación, y desde recepción nos dijeron que no habíamos puesto el cartelito. Las almohadas incomodísimas… La localización es correcta, en 15-20 minutos andando estás en Marienplatz. Si volvemos a Munich no nos volveríamos a hospedar en este hotel.
