ครอบครัวเรามาพักผ่อนช่วงหยุดยาวประทับใจตั้งแต่เข้าพัก ห้องสะอาดมีกลิ่นหอม อากาศดีมาก ทะเลหน้าหาดโรงแรมสะอาดสบายตา อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย อร่อย มีพนักงานถามเบอร์ห้อง เราแจ้งว่าเป็นสมาชิกอยากจะสอบถามสิทธิการใช้คูปองออนไลน์ พนักงานทำหน้างงๆ เป็นพนักงานหญิงดูมีอายุแต่เหมือนจะเป็นหัวหน้า ดูทำงานเหมือนเหนื่อยๆลนๆ ไม่มีสมาธิในการทำงาน พนักงานตอบไม่ได้ อธิบายยังไงก็งง เกิดคำถามในใจว่าทำไมพนักงานห้องอาหารถึงไม่รู้สิทธิที่ลูกค้าจะได้รับ ควรปรับปรุงในเรื่องนี้ ผิดหวังมาก เรามีเด็กเล็กเลยไม่รอ พากันมาทานอาหารเช้า เข้าใจได้ว่าลูกค้าเยอะและคงเหนื่อย ตกเย็นไปทานอาหารที่ห้องอาหารติดทะเล เราถามคำถามเดียวกันกับพนักงานอีกคน ประทับใจและขอชื่นชมกับคำตอบของพนักงานมากคิดว่าจะตอบให้งงเหมือนช่วงเช้า พนักงานที่เป็นแคชเชียร์ คุณอร พูดจาสุภาพสามารถตอบได้อย่างละเอียด และบอกวิธีการใช้คูปองออนไลน์ และสิทธิประโยชน์ที่จะได้รับของสมาชิกให้เข้าใจได้เป็นอย่างดี และยังแนะนำวิธีการเลือกใช้คูปอง ใจชื้นขึ้นมาทันที กลัวผิดหวังอีกครั้งและประทับใจกับการบริการของบาร์สระน้ำและห้องอาหารเย็น และช่วงเย็นมีโปรซื้อ1แถม1สำหรับเครื่องดื่ม อากาศกำลังดีเย็นสบาย โอกาสหน้าจะกลับมาอีกครั้ง

เป็นคนั้งแรกที่เข้าพักกับทางโรงแรม โนโวเทล ริมเพ ระยอง ประทับใจตั้งแต่ พนักงานต้อนรับ อัธยาศัยดีมากยิ้มแย้มตลอดเวลา การเช็คอินที่รวดเร็วและห้องพักได้ตามเวลาเช็คอิน ห้องพักสะอาด อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างดี หลากหลาย โดยรวมถือว่าดีมาก แต่ประทับใจที่สุดคือการบริการของพนักงานโดยเฉพาะ คุณกอล์ฟ คอยดูแลตลอดการเข้าพัก

Schönes Hotel direkt am Meer. Strand sehr sauber und das Meer lädt zum baden ein. Swimming-Pool ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt. Zimmer sind sauber und in einer angenehmen Grösse. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Speisen im Restaurant gut und preislich in einem akzeptablen Rahmen.

Très bel hotel ,très bien tenu , et entretenu . Personnel agréable . Belle piscine (il y en a deux ) . Attention au vocabulaire ,j'ai réservé une "chambre Deluxe" qui n'était pas du tout luxueuse ! Très peu de volume de rangement . Belle plage - restaurant indépendant ,bon et pas cher en traversant la rue . Un peu isolé ,mais navettes(payantes) pour aller en ville - Troisième séjour dans cet hotel . J'y retournerai !!

Fuimos un grupo de unas 40 personas,la atención fue buena y la cena que teníamos incluida fue bufet al aire libre ,muy agradable.La animación realizada por una pareja filipina también fue interesante.Piscinas al aire libre , jacuzzi todo muy correcto y limpio. La habitación espaciosa y suficiente.
