Need to open up the stair cases!!!

We stayed here whilst on tour. It was basic and clean and the location opposite the railway station was brilliant. BUT there are only two lifts and no way to take the stairs as an alternative. Very frustrating. They must have stairs but you can’t use them and they are not signposted. If you needed to get out fast I’m not sure you could!!!

the rooms are over dusty, unclean not the experience of accor which i have tried in europe or the middle east. I am a person who have allergy to dust, i was sick until i discovered the reason when it was too late, the dust is all over the room and in big quantities especially on the corners - clearly no proper cleaning i have taken pictures of those even, just to show you. Avoid this hotel if you want clean
