"During my first visit to Marsa Alam, the Novotel Marsa Alam team and management made it a memorable experience. From the courteous General Manager Eduard, Rooms Division Manager Mohamed, and receptionist Mahmoud, to the food and beverage team across all outlets, including the bar, and the amazing chefs in the main restaurant—everyone contributed to our wonderful stay. The animation team and bellman, also named Mahmoud, added to the enjoyment. During our stay, we celebrated my wife’s birthday, which turned out to be more enjoyable than ever before, thanks to an amazing dinner and a surprise birthday cake. Furthermore, when a guest requested a belly dancer, the management and animation team promptly arranged for one. I would highly recommend this amazing property to anyone wanting to have a memorable stay in Egypt, particularly in Marsa Alam."

The start of the reservation was for one night, and after seeing the hotel staff and good hotel services, the stay at the Novotel Hotel was extended to 8 nights, because the hotel is wonderful and the response of the staff and management to the guests’ requests was quick, and the stay in the hotel was wonderful. This does not mean that there were no negatives, but it was very simple and acceptable. I especially thank Mr. Edward and his assistant, who welcomed the guests’ opinions with open arms and worked to implement all the suggestions made by the guests. I also particularly thank the reception staff, Mahmoud El-Dishnawy and Ayman, and I also thank the security man at the external gate, called Karim.
