My favorite choice in Kunming

I m a frequent business traveler to Kunming and I love coming to the Sofitel for mostly 3 reason : 1) pool and gym are real good and functional ( opening time ideal) 2) rooms and the hotel design are original 3) the breakfast is the best ( good food & good view from the 49 floor !!

room is hot, air conditioning is not working properly

The check in process was slow, it took about 15-20 minutes, the room is hot, although we changed to another room, but the same problem, air conditioning was not strong enough, the room temperature stayed at 24.5 degree at night which is not comfortable to sleep
