Budget hotel, yes - very basic. However, I paid only 20 euros more for a night in Ghent and got a luxury room in comparison. Son used bunk bed - very difficult to use as the rungs of the ladder were sore on the feet. Chose this for the location (near airport) but difficult to find on foot - directions had us going all over the place. Need clear instructions on how to navigate as I can see others have had the same problem. I feel like it’s a deliberate attempt to force people to use taxis. Staff were nice though! Very courteous.

The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. There was a weird smell in our room, and whitout hessistation they gave us another one. The next day i lost my keycard and again, this was no problem. but the room... the bad was very hard, like a wooden plate hard, the pillows where smaller than my head. The shower door didnt close and the heat indicator was in the wrong way. The vending machines where as good as empty. We didn't consume any breakfast. But again, the people working there where all very nice and friendly.

Stayed one night had another booking for one night before flight return got email hotel cancelled reservation When phoned was told management cancled reservation due to complaints Both me and my son where in bed sleeping all night and feel we have been subject to miss associated with others If persons who disrupt hotel and was advised police had been at hotel I was not aware and if police had been at hotel why did persons not get removed at that time I will not recommend this hotel to any person
