Customers pay to stay, you dont let them stay for free. One of hotel male reception staff was very rude on asking hot water as hotel doesn't provides Kettle in rooms. Said hello/good morning/ good evening ? Bcz he couldn't hear my hello.. don't expect others to bow u for smallest of requests. That's quite a shame if u don't even prove kettle n keep staff so rude.

It is a budget hotel so our expectations were modest but they were met. Location was good - there is a supermarket, boulangerie and several restaurants nearby and the Metro is only 200m down the road. The breakfast was surprisingly good. My only complaint relates to the toilet - it is not sealed off from the rest of the room - eek! The shower I don't mind but the toilet..... The room also smelt lightly of smoke (and the strange air freshener used) when we arrived.

We were very happy with our stay here. It’s ideally placed for GARE Du Nort, easy for exploring Paris. Compact room with everything we needed, comfortable bed, quiet. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff
