A very disappointing experience. I booked through the App and selected 5pm checkout as our flight wasn't leaving until late that night. Knowing we'd be there a while.killing time I booked a suite. I'd booked it months before the stay so you can imagine my annoyance when the day before check in I get an email simply stating that Late Check out wasn't available. After some back and forth I was offered 5pm check out in an inferior room which I took (special mention to Nicole who was great to deal with). Then......being a Silver Tier member I get a welcome drink. So my wife and I went down to the bar and after the overworked barman got to us (hire some help for him) he refused to honour the voucher for unless we were in the Restaurant!! He tried to say that a drinks voucher wasn't valid in the bar? All very confusing. Anyway, we ordered in the restaurant then walked back to the bar. Crazy stuff. All o this was a shame because the bed was amazing, the room neat and tidy and the location convenient. I just expect a bit better from Accor, especially to members. Oh one other thing, the room is stifling hot. You can't open the windows and the AC doesn't make any difference.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating with us needing baby milk. The breakfast was beautiful and brilliant that we didn’t need to pay for the children. Very reasonable.

The location of the Novotel was fantastic. I had some questions prior to my stay and the staff at the hotel responded to my email very promptly and was extremely helpful. Checking in was straightforward. The room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. I would recommend this Novotel as well as stay in it in the future.
