Schönes, einfaches Hotel in der Nähe der Altstadt. Leider ist die Umgebung sonst wirklich sehr ruhig und fast wie ausgestorben. Leckeres Frühstück und saubere Zimmer. Was zu bedauern war, ist dass, das Housekeeping jeweils erst gegen 16.00 / 17.00 Uhr kam um die Zimmer zu reinigen.

โรงแรมอยู่ติดตลาด ตอนเช้ามีของกินรอบๆตลาดเยอะ เดินไปหาของทานได้ตลอดมีร้านดังๆอยู่แถวนั้นเยอะ หมี่โกลา ราดหน้าคุณจี๊ด โอวต้าว โกอ่าง ติมซ่ำอำนวยพร หรือแม้กระทั่งเดินไปเมืองเก่าได้ประมาณ 15-25 นาที ที่จอดรถมีไม่เยอะ แต่สามารถจอดที่โนโวเทลได้เหมือนกัน รอบๆพวกต้นไม้อะไรต่างๆไม่ค่อยดูแลเท่าไหร่ ทำให้ดูรกๆโทรมๆ พนักงานฟรอนท์บริการดียิ้มแย้ม แต่หลายๆฝ่ายจะไม่ค่อยจะประสานงาน และให้ข้อมูลไว้กับพนักงานทางทีมฟรอนท์สักเท่าไหร่ แถมยังไม่มีผู้จัดการหรือหัวหน้าที่พอจะให้คำตอบ หรือสามารถตัดสินใจอะไรได้เลย ทุกคำถามจะต้องรอวันถัดไป แต่สุดท้ายผู้จัดการยังแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าบางอย่างไม่ได้ด้วยซ้ำ ตัวห้องพักปกติ แต่ฟรอท์แจ้งห้อง 2 เตียง แต่ได้ห้องแบบเตียงชิดกัน ต้องให้แม่บ้านมาแยกเตียงอีกรอบ ไม่ชอบห้องน้ำ ไม่มีที่ดูดอากาศ มีช่องว่าง แถมห้องอาบน้ำไม่มีที่แขวนอะไรทั้งนั้น Wifi อย่าเรียก Wifi เพราะต่อแล้วไม่ค่อยใช้ได้ Welcome Drink แนะนำไปแลกที่ Rooftop Novotel อาหารเช้าไลน์อาหารน้อย ไม่ค่อยมีอะไร พนักงานที่ห้องอาหาร บริการดี ถึงคนจะเยอะก็ตาม ทีมหลังบ้าน Admin ใน Facebook ดีมาก ติดต่อคอยประสานงานให้ข้อมูลตลอด อันนี้ชื่นชม

Excellent séjour ! Personnel charmant et Grâce à Marien qui nous a bien conseillé nous avons pu faire et voir plein de belles choses ! Notamment des sorties en bateau visites de temples de musée de l'aquarium et de bons restaurants. Merci a tout le personnel

We are sorry that on this occasion we fell short of the required standards and this left you feeling dissatisfied with your experience. We take our guests feedback very seriously and it is very disappointing to read that you received a room that did not meet the cleaning standards we expect our team to deliver, please note we will work with the team to improve upon this. I am also sorry that someone else was allowed to check in before you despite you arriving first. Sometimes due to length of stay or room types booked guests are allocated to specific rooms however I am sorry no one took the time to explain this to you. It is true that our restaurant and bar are closed during the evening time but all guests are more than welcome to join us at the Novotel to dine. Der Aufenthalt (2 Nächte) war vorwiegend positiv, da wir ein relativ modernes und funktionales Zimmer hatten und das Hotel (von den Mitarbeitern, baulich und von der Inneneinrichtung her) einen guten Eindruck gemacht hat. Einziger Kritikpunkt: das Frühstück war nicht für Touristen aus dem Westen gemacht, da es wenig Brotauswahl, kein Müsli und, für uns der wichtigste Punkt, nur Kaffee aus der Kanne gab, der nach Instantpulver geschmeckt hat. Für uns ist ein Kaffee guter Qualität ein wichtiger Bestandteil eines guten Frühstücks.
