O Hotel é maravilhoso e possui apto com acessibilidade. Levei minha mãe de 91 anos e semi-cadeirante. Fomos muito bem atendidas. O café da manhã é muito caprichado. O Bar oferece bebidas e lanches que ajudaram muito, pois minha mãe estava cansada no primeiro dia e não precisamos sair do hotel. Se você vai a algum evento em Aracruz, ou João Neiva ou proximidades, fique hospedado no Hotel Ibis Aracruz. Vai ser um conforto total!

At this stay, rates for this kind of Hotel were higher than usual. The rest is what you expect for an Ibis, but the Reception Guests were the top thing of my stay. Always kind, helpful and quick solvers of demands.

Although the room was comfortable, as expected from IBIS, the whole experience was not pleasant:- Room and restaurant (floor and tables) cleanliness was awful;- Breakfast quality was below average: some hot foods were totally cold;- The check-in took almost 25 minutes to finish.

Ibis Hotel Aracruz... *Staff workers at lobby are very helpful and kindful with guests. *Great sleep quality that I've had there. *The only thing missing on my room was the hair dryer, but that is ok of all. *Very good location nearby a avarage shopping mall, restaurant, pubs and a gas station.

It´s advised to everyone visit this hotel. Modern, sofly and pleasant. Amaizing. The hotel staff are very attentive and ready to help. The room is very comfortable and noiseless. the wifi has a very good signal that is possible work without worry.
