Ao me preparar para deitar encontrei um elástico de aparelho ortodôntico no lençol, sugerindo que não trocaram a roupa de cama após checkout do hóspede anterior. Hotel bem localizado, porém cobra caro pelo padrão de serviço que oferece. Uma decepção.

Situado as margens da rodovia BR 020 e silencioso. Sendo um bom local para descanso e continuar viagem. Quarto com tamanho pequeno, limpo e confortável. Bom preço e pessoal atencioso. Oferece jantar e café da manhã por fora da diária bem preparados.

Hotel confortável, muito limpo e bem localizado para quem está em trânsito entre o Rio e Brasília. Oferece estacionamento fechado gratuito. Quartos básicos e impecáveis na limpeza e arrumação. Tem buffet no jantar com comida caseira bem feita. Poderia ter mais opções sem glúten e sem leite. Destaque para o funcionário Igor da recepção: muito prestativo e educado.

The reason for my "poor" rating is the location of the hotel. The Ibis Contagem is situated within a industrial area directly besides the 24 hrs busy and very noisy highway BR 040. And since we are in Brazil, the windows of the hotel rooms facing the highway are not of the double pane type as in Europe or the US, which means a loud environment in the room. In my case the window closing mechanism was even malfunctioning, which meant more noise. I changed the room, but it was still noisy. The only escape is to ask for a room facing the industrial area and not the highway, which in my case it was fully booked. The Ibis Contagem room has also the hideous window curtain, which covers not only the window, but half of the table. The cleanliness of the room was just average. Two plus points: the food at dinner and breakfast was excellent and the staff was superfriendly. On-site parking is free. But for me once is enough in this hotel.
