We apologise for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay, especially regarding the condition of the welcome fruit basket/cake and the discomfort caused by the small bathroom and noisy shower door. We assure you that your concerns will be addressed with the relevant teams to enhance our overall guest experience. Regarding the absence of the usual welcome drink voucher, we want to inform you that it is now available on ALL apps. Guests can simply show the welcome drinks e-voucher to our staff to redeem their drinks. We apologise if this information was not adequately communicated to you upon your arrival by our staff. Der Service des Hotels, insbesondere die Hilfe von Ibrahim waren super. Es ist sehr gut gelegen, so dass wir uns viel zu Fuß ansehen konnten. Unser Zimmer war nachts etwas lauter, aber ist auch mitten in der Stadt.

We believe the additional tax that were asked from you by our receptionist is the Tourism Tax. This tax is one of the regulations by the our government and it is usually collected upon guest arrival at the hotel.
