Das Hotel begeistert mit dem besten Fitnessstudio der Welt, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sprachliche Kommunikation an der Reception sehr schwierig. Problem mit Stornierung meines Zimmers, da ich wegen fehlendem e-Visa nicht einreisen konnte. 1 Zimmer wurde über booking.com und 2 Zimmer über web Seite Accor gebucht. Ich wollte eines der 2 Zimmer stornieren (Mail und telefonisch), man hat aber das Zimmer, welches über booking gebucht wurde storniert.... d.h. zu späte Stornierung.

Für Städtetrip gebucht. Zimmerausstattung in Ordnung, aber etwas in doe Jahre gekommen. Preis für Frühstück enorm hoch und das Angebot auch nicht ganz wert. Lage in Ordnug, aber für einen Städtetrip ist Gangnam eigentlich nicht ideal.
