Hotel and room's condition are very good, but some men customer is not really kind especially work before morning time. but On the other hand customer name TAPAS was really kind. He give me a really big help. Thanks for helping me out.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. Wonderful service and amenities. Great location next to shopping, trains and easy walking distance to the water. Would highly recommend

Fast check in and out service. Very central location above the mrt. Great view at Swissôtel. There is tennis court too!

The fast check in and check out system is fully computerised and impressive. Expect for the reception, there wasn’t a queue system, so May seems a little messy if you do not manage to catch the service person attention. The checkin and out personnel is very helpful. They got me a very high floor and good city view room on level 55. But do take note this is an environment friendly room. There is filter water and water bottle provision. So no bottled water provided. Overall I enjoy my stay. Would come back again. There is tennis court too at the hotel!

best hotel with great location. bed quality so comfortable and i'm very like with the sofa and ergonomic pillow there. concierge very helpful and check in process is fast. sadly i'm get only at 21st floor. not at high floor.

the view from my room at 21st floor was breath taking they served the expresso shorts in the complimentary which is better than the sachet coffee the room size was also big with an proper working desk & the pillows were the fluffiest i ever felt !!
