Stay at Montreux Palace hotel February 21st to 22nd with my sister Eleanor. We had the most enjoyable time. From check in to check out service was fantastic. The spa was and it’s staff were also a delight and very relaxing. We had a gorgeous, pristine room with treats on arrival. Big highlight has to be breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful and food choices exceptional and those that I tried were delicious. Highly recommend!

We had a delightful one night stay in the Montreux Palace. Staff were welcoming and efficient; our lake view room was spotless and provided a peaceful atmosphere to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views across Lake Geneva. Breakfast buffet presented the diner with a smorgasbord of delicious, freshly prepared fruit, bread, cereals, cold meats & cheeses and hot made to order food and beverages. The staff in the restaurant couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful making us feel very special!! Particular thanks to Meike and Leonilde who looked after us so well!!

The journey starts with a warm and genuine welcome from the reception teams to a great massage followed by a peaceful and restful nap in a quiet room overlooking the lake and the mountains. Recommend to anyone who wants to disconnect from the everyday hustle. An experience to renew as much as possible!

From the moment we arrived we felt pampered. The hotel has a quiet elegance about it. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. I appreciate their ability to speak English as my French is only a few phrases. Dinner at Montreux Jazz Club was phenomenal. My spa experience was top notch as well. My friend and I came to celebrate our 60th birthdays and could not be more pleased with our stay. Planning on a return trip already.

A lovely hotel with great gastronomy options, we enjoyed the fireplace at the bar as well as the Jazz Café, the rooms have been beautifully renovated and have a mervellous view over Lake Geneva. Many thanks to Mr. El Rami for the reservation as well as to Mr Tayeb and all the reception team for the very friendly and guest oriented service upon check-in and departure.
