The hotel is beautiful from the second you walk in. The staff is also very attentive and welcoming . Aroldo was a wonderful server during my stay. Will be coming back!

We got married during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to make it a special night, and delightful stay. Everytime we returned to our room there was another beautiful surprise. Our room was incredible. Beds are huge and comfortable. Staff always so genuinely friendly, smiley and attentive. Brilliant views of Rio around the hotel. Will come back.

A good place for foodies

I had diner at l the restaurant. Food was delicious. Had the entrecoute, my girlfriend had the pork belly with pineapple chutney. All great. Service was super friendly and helpful. A bit exagerared like most restaurantes with a service charge, but it was nice.

Great experience complemented by amazing food. Our server Andrew was very nice and professional. His kind words and listening skills with us despite the language barriers were greatly appreciated. The dinner was paced well and the wait for food was not long.

On 16th March, I had a lovely meal in the Tereze Restaurant, and was attentively served by Iago. His English was reslly good and I had a nice conversation with him about his experiences and how he learned my language. The French food and recommended wine were perfect.
