We arrived earlier as we wanted to drop our bags off. We were waiting and the receptionist had seen us - she’s was finishing something off. A Polish came to the desk and she spoke to her straightaway and left us standing. When she then did speak to us she was quite direct with her approach bordering on rude if I am honest. Room was clean as was the others areas in the hotel. Bed was ok but not the comfiest. Two pillows provided. Towels were thin - only bath towels and floor mat, no hand towels. The evening reception staff were nice and polite. I asked for an additional pillow and this was brought to the room in less than 10 minutes.

Ibis Wrocław Centrum is a superb Ibis hotel on Pawstańcow Śląskich and was the ideal hotel to explore this brilliant city.Located a short walk from the old town and only a few minutes walk from some brilliant pubs/bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean with nice decor and furnishing's relating to this hotel chain.The room we stayed in (218) was well appointed with nice bedding and a superb shower.We had our breakfast's in this hotel which was varied with hot and cold options and hot and cold drinks. We stayed in this 3 star hotel for five night's and enjoyed our stay here as its located in an excellent area of Wrocław and the staff were very friendly.All in all an excellent Ibis hotel thats in an excellent area of Wrocław and is fantastic value for money.(This is my first review of the Ibis Wrocław Centrum). Public Transport. Bus Stop. Zaolziańska Bus Stop-247-248-257. Tram Stop. Zaolziańska Tram Stop-02-03-04-05-06-07-10-11-12-14-15-17-18-19-20-21-23.

We spent three nights in this hotel. The rooms were clean, quite large and well equipped. The only downside was the air conditioning not working in one of the rooms, but after intervention we were given another room. The lack of a balcony was good for us, as we had to go outside the hotel to smoke. There are a lot of German programs on TV, but that's not a problem, we came to Wrocław to sightsee, not to watch TV. Generally, I recommend it

It was amazing trip. We love this hotel. Really………..one of the best ibis hotels in poland (we love this one in cracow too) one attention - Please change tne drayers - they dont work as well.. i was late for a meeting because i couldnt dry my hair

Very good location to explore Wroclaw, tram stop directly at the hotel, walking distance to shopping like Wroclawia Center and train station. Everything that we could complain about was promptly fixed by the staff. The rooms are not very soundproof towards the corridor, but the hotel itself is in a business skyscraper area without major sources of noise.
