I had a wonderful stay at Novotel, Lucknow and I would like to specially appreciate Amit who was working in the buffet, for his wonderful service towards me and my colleague. Though it was late and almost past his working hours, he continued to smile and served. Thank you so much Amit.

The whole experience was pleasant and peaceful. Shout out to the reception team for a quick checkin and checkout experience and warm interaction. Thanks to the teams handling room keeping and in-room dining, the stay was clean and enjoyable throughout.

I ordered food from In room dining which was so tasty and yummy, and i really like the service of staff.. special mention Shivendra who was always smiling while serving... really appreciate his work... and the stay was amazing highly recommended....
