The Fairmont provided an impeccable experience from the moment we arrived, including a seamless airport transfer. This luxurious hotel boasts all the expected amenities of the Fairmont brand. Special thanks to the concierge for effortlessly arranging our transportation to the Spice Market and beyond. Don't miss the Gold lounge for its stunning city views and excellent wine, and make sure to visit the rooftop pool—it's well worth it!

Omer, Onur, and of course Seven were the absolute highlight of this stay. They provided top tier service from the moment I entered the door and made my visit very special. The superb hospitality, attention to detail, kind and gregarious personalities, attentiveness, sense of humor, well spoken English, and overall experience they gave us absolutely exceptional. We made so many jokes together and I will remember our times together fondly. The three of them taught us so much about Turkish Culture and all the beauty it offers. The gold lounge was a platinum experience because of these three and they have my highest recommendation. Thank you so much to the fabulous 3 🥹

It was great as always. Breakfast is very good and tasty!! Special thanks to Chef Mehmetcan and his assistant Lirem. Thank you for the great service 🙏 My sleep was also great, the linen was perfect. Also, the staff is very polite and very helpful

Brilliant hotel. Staff are very caring. I would like to give special thank you to Mr Onur, Mr Omer and Miss Dafne. Really nice staff and attend to any need. Thank you guys you made our stay great, we will definitely be returning to Fairmont İstanbul.
