Great hotel, impeccable staff

This is a beautiful property which makes you feel like royalty. Rooms are well appointed and it feels like you're living in a palace. If you're concerned about Jaipur heat, do not sorry because their air conditioning is great and they have ceiling fans in the room. Food is something that will leave you impressed for sure. They have an evening tea program which is great fun and time pass, especially if you plan to mainly stay in the hotel. The location is far from the city but that's what I wanted. The hotel is such that it deserves 2-3 days of stay where you don't go anywhere and just enjoy the property. They have a dedicated cigar lounge where you can buy cigars or smoke your own. It's a very relaxing room and i enjoyed it a lot. The staff is what really sets this hotel apart. They are dedicated to making your experience good. You can see genuine efforts to make guests happy. I would specifically thank Manali at the front desk, Jyoti in housekeeping, Arvind, Abhinandan, and Dipanshu at Zoya restaurant (you guys made every meal special), and lastly Shivani at Anjum bar. The only negative I would say is that this is a wedding hotel. I was lucky that there wasn't a function at that time but there was at Least Meridien nearby and that was loud enough to disturb us. So can't imagine what happens when there's a wedding in the hotel. I would recommend calling the hotel before going or when booking to make sure there's no events or wedding at the time. Another point to note (not the hotel's fault) is that this is a pretty family oriented hotel. So you'll find a lot of kids, joint families, etc. While that alone isn't an issue, most such people in groups tend to think they own the hotel and cause nuisance to other guests. If you're a couple looking for some peace and quiet, you may not be guaranteed that. There was a man with his son in the hot tub in the spa, and was speaking extremely loudly on his phone the whole time. Even pool side when families come, they'll cause nuisance to others. But again, not the hotel's fault. I personally had a great stay and the credit goes to their staff who takes special efforts to make guests happy. Just make sure you don't go during wedding season or when there's any big event there (which happens more often than you think). There's always bulk bookings there. So you sort of have to try your luck. Lastly I would recommend the signature room for their beautiful views. Other than that all rooms (except gold and suites) are the same. Gold's view isn't that good, but you can choose it if you want a separate lounge to hang out.

It took me some time to review my stay with Fairmont in April. This was my third stay and like every other occasion this too was extremely memorable. Perhaps, this was the most pleasant due to our experience with the staff and hospitality across all areas. I have tried to remember most but apologies if I get any names wrong. To start with welcome and front desk experience. We were greeted and hosted by Jasmine who took care of every single minor or major requests we made to a number of staffs at restaurant including Anshuman and chef Sonu. My son had stomach issues before we reached Fairmont and we decided to not cancel as he felt travel ready. Upon knowing that he is unwell, So u and his team ensured that he had cranky made khicdi whenever he required and also packed a meal while we travelled back to Gurgaon. At the pool, we met Mahavir Rathore (I hope the name is correct), who shot so many nice clicks to make some lifetime memory We are looking forward to visiting again next year

Magical Experience!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway. It was around 30 mins away from the city centre which was fine for us as we mostly just wanted to relax in the property. Food was amazing (Rajasthani thali at Zoya and pan asian at Zarin as well as the breakfast spread). You are treated like royalty as soon as you enter. You are greeted with the sound of drums and are showered with petals. A musician also accompanied us all the way to reception. The room was spacious and tastefully designed. We loved the tub! The view of the Raffles hotel from here makes for a spectacular view. We also tried out the spa which we thoughtl was decently priced for a 5 star hotel and the complimentary jacuzzi, steam and sauna post the massage made the experience even better. We had a very relaxing stay thanks to the hospitality and attention to detail of the entire team. We cant wait to be back here again!

Must Experience Once

This is a property worth experiencing atleast once if not more. Right from the welcome which strikes all senses to the amazing aroma of the property, to the amazing rooms and bathrooms to unlimited dishes in the buffet to amazing evening night view.. u must stay here.. just one bit that the food taste wasnt finger licking.. but it was decent.
