Amazing hotel & staff!

The hotel was excellent and exceeding all expectations, staff were lovely in particular Teddy at Reception and Olawole in housekeeping were amazing! Even though it’s in the business district the location is great, very central to many tourist attractions.

The hotel is nicely located on Sheikh Zaid road close to World trade center, museum of the future, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the lovely DIFC. That being said, The valet service is horrible, you will be waiting in your car for 15 mins and yet not approached by anybody and cars are piling up. The hotel in general and the rooms in particular need serious renovation. Restaurant feels like you are in a 3 star business hotel. Finally the reason I used to choose this particular hotel to let’s say the beautiful Conrad (which is right next to it) was because of sustainability option where they provided Tesla charger for EV cars and that one too was not working or at least that’s what the staff told me when I specifically asked for it.

Lovely hotel with a great downtown location

Our suite was spacious and had everything you could need for a family. Location is downtown and right by the metro station so very easy to get in some sightseeing & activities. Breakfast was amazing and staff friendly & helpful. Special shoutout to our friendly room service (i cant remember sorry but it was room 1704), and all the concierge staff ☺️

Great Hotel

The rooms are really spacious with comfortable bedding. We arrived early morning and were warmly welcomed by receptionist Salman. Unfortunately the room was not ready as we arrived early but we were offered to use the spa area to fresh up as well. The staff is really courteous and assist in every way possible. Thank you Salman, we will be back soon.
