best hotel with great location. bed quality so comfortable and i'm very like with the sofa and ergonomic pillow there. concierge very helpful and check in process is fast. sadly i'm get only at 21st floor. not at high floor.

the view from my room at 21st floor was breath taking they served the expresso shorts in the complimentary which is better than the sachet coffee the room size was also big with an proper working desk & the pillows were the fluffiest i ever felt !!

the HSKP hengrui is so nice！When I entered the room, I saw the cute towel animal on the bed ！the room is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful！Lucky to have a room available at 9am for early check-in！This helped me a lot after a long flight！

It is truly one of the hotels with 360-degree aerial views of the city. The staff was hospitable and made you feel welcome. The details, from the decor to the facilities, were immaculate. A nice touch was from the staff, who sent a complimentary cake to our room! I am sure to be back here again.
