The hotel is located in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood. Breakfast has many delicious options. The beds are an unforgettable experience as they are so comfortable. All the employees are very kind and helpful. Excellent place to stay alone or with family.

Fantastic stay at Swissotel, Lima. Food was wonderful. The staff- so nice. Special thank you to Renzo who made sure my stay was good and made sure to take care of me when he saw me going the wrong way outside. He came and rescued me from getting lost!

Why you should stay in the Swissotel in Lima, Peru.

I had never stayed at a Swissotel before but will definitely do so in the future. The hotel is beautiful and has great amenities, including wonderful food, but I wanted to write this review due to their exemplary service to their guests. While on a walking tour in Lima I fell and hurt my hand. Upon returning to the hotel we asked if they could send up some ice as it had swollen. They asked if I needed a doctor and we said we would let them know. They decided to call for medical assistance and within 30 minutes a doctor and nurse showed up at our door. And this was on a Sunday! The hotel provided a translator so I could communicate with the doctor. I received the very best care possible and was happy the hotel had been proactive. When we inquired as to how to pay for the medical services, the hotel told us there was no bill to pay. This was a service they provide for their guests. We have traveled all around the world and have never been treated so well. Obviously Swissotel will be our choice in future travels when available. Thank you Swissotel for your kindness and unmatched care that you gave to us.

Great hotel and location but rooms need a facelift

The hotel is located in an outstanding place in the city. Easy walking to several business places and restaurants. The attention from the staff is wonderful and the lobby area is great. The breakfast is well prepared with some options available à la cart. Unfortunately, the rooms require an uplift since they are tired and dated. However, the rooms are large and the bathrooms are very well equipped and spacious. The staff takes tremendous care to make sure that your room is clean with nice sheets and towels and if anything is missing in your room, they quickly bring whatever you need. But I hope that the administration Invests in updating the rooms and the furniture which clearly do not reflect the status of this hotel to the city of Lima.

Terrible customer service plus they don’t offer gym, sauna or other amenities on the weekends. Way better options in the area so please look for somewhere options as this is not a reliable hotel and I will never stay here again and I will go somewhere else. I didn’t like the experience at atoll
