Great location and views. Stayed on the 19-floor looking out at Lake Michigan and Navy Pier. Beautiful lobby area. Enjoyed the beverage selection at the bar and was a nice place to meet with friends and business associates. Felt this hotel was a very good value for my short stay in Chicago.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location in Chicago. My room had a wonderful view of the Chicago river and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a very nice exercise room with a great view. Food at the restaurant was excellent, and the wait staff were very attentive and nice. Highly recommended for a business trip to downtown Chicago.

Thank you to the Swissotel for a beautiful view and VIP attention. I worked with Obeddie and Melissa prior to arrival. On-site Mary could not have been sweeter, graciously assisting me with early check in. The room is great but the service made the experience!

Good location. Easy to get to. Some rooms have amazing views. Ask for. Water view. Staff is very nice. The prices are Chicago high.
