I have stayed at this hotel for a number of times over the years. Clearly as I keep coming back I have been happy with the service. I stayed mid April for a couple of days and I had a late flight so I planned to check out by 12 and and then stay around the Pool for 3 or 4 hours. I was told this this was not permitted. I was quite surprised as I have never experienced this at any hotel. I emailed Customer Service stating this and that I was surprised especially given that i had stayed with them for 11 days over the last 2 months. I received no response, so I emailed again and still no response. I am a regular visitor to Izmir and I will now have to reconsider where I stay in Izmir.

The hotel was great and everything was good

First of all thanks to Ayse & Reha for warm welcoming and assistance. I think I could say this is one of the best hotel to stay in this city in terms of long stay. It got two swimming pool / jacuzzi / Spa etc.. so best for staycation. Breakfast items rich in flavor and variety options.

What an amazing stay!!! This was my second time in Izmir but first time here. The whole experience was incredible. The rooms are lovely and comfy, the staff could not do enough for you, nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly!! The food was delicious and very well priced. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Great location, excellent Food and most important, amazing services, especially by Ayge & Berke at front desk! The pools facilities are awesome for families! Buffet breakfast was outstanding and dinner at Cappri was delightful! I highly recommend this hotel!
