Booked this hotel for a 4 nights stay in Kuala Lumpur. Wanted to avoid the main city area which was always crowded and this hotel location served this purpose. The entry was grand with porters and doormen greeting us the moment we stepped out of the grab car. Impressive indeed. Check-in was fast and efficient and we proceeded to check out our room with lots of excitement. This was not the first time that we had used the Sofitel chain of hotels and the lobbies, corridors and hospitality standard were similar to the ones located in other countries. Room was big with a walk-in closet, a huge bathtub, a separate shower and toilet area. There was a nespresso machine in-room to ensure that we would have our coffee fix. Bed was a king size one and the mattress was extremely comfortable. I seriously had nothing to complain about the room and spent the next four nights enjoying facilities in the hotel like the gym and the pool. They even had a sauna and steam room at level three, inside the washroom outside the gym. Every where I went in the hotel, I was always greeted by the friendly staff. Gym was well equipped for a proper workout. Pool was great with a jacuzzi as well. Tried two food and beverage outlets inside the hotel, which were the morning breakfast area and the lobby cafe called Le Bar. Again, the service standard was great and food tasty. Just that compared to other Sofitels, the breakfast quality and variety seem a bit lacking. All in all, a wonderful stay and this would be my go-to hotel in future in Kuala lumpur.

Everything was good in this hotel especially the staffs. There’s a housekeeper in this hotel named kajal. His skills was so good. His work was very quick and efficient and we were so impressed. It just took 10 minutes in total for him to make up the bed. So glad to meet him.

Good service overall. Very smiling staff. You Will feel velcome everywhere. A special Thanks to Lalith from Club lounge. Restaurant is good to. Kids love the food. Good selektion to absolut fair Price. Good spacy and clean room. We Will come back👍

To the Management Team of Sofitel KL Damansara: From the moment we started planning our wedding at Sofitel KL Damansara, Mei Yee was the best wedding sales and event coordinator we could have asked for. Her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Her service was impeccable, with fast responses to every query and a flexible approach that made us feel at ease amidst the inevitable stress of wedding planning. I still remembered there’s one time that she replied to my message immediately even I texted her during the midnight at around 1am! She is almost available everyday 24/7 from weekdays to weekends unless she is having a physical meeting with customers. Mei Yee's ability to accommodate last-minute changes without a hitch was particularly impressive, ensuring our special day was exactly as we envisioned. Our wedding ceremony and reception were held recently at Sofitel KL Damansara, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Thanks to Mei Yee's hard work and dedication, our event was successful, and our guests left with smiles and beautiful memories. She even helped us to prepare, pour and serve the tea during our tea ceremony! Her expertise not only made our day perfect but also allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding, knowing we were in capable hands. We cannot recommend Mei Yee highly enough. The building is beautiful .The ambiance is great. The rooms are well and neat. The expresso coffee was in abundance.The toiletries Balmain fixtures. The view was city. This is the Ramadan fasting month .The dinner was fully booked by non residents The hotel should have kept at least one or two tables for the hotel guests. Restaurant breakfast food was good.Restaurant guests were mainly Turkish Airlines crew. My grades was average as because service was poor -they were under staffed .
