The hotel chain is well known, I have stayed in many while on business. I was expecting much more value for money. Very clinical room, not very nice but worst of all quite dirty! Because I stay in about 20 hotels each year, I think I can make a fair judgement. I was on vacation this time and stayed for 6 nights. The room cleaning staff do thier thing but the walls and behind the bed where full of stains and dust from months. For a €120+ per night one can get much better accommodations. The hotel is so so . The pool aria is full of bird excremental clean that too please.

The employee New, was so nice and kind to us and her coctails were the best. Especially the local coctails are so tasty! The bar was clean and uniq. The bar at 17th floor with nice decors and a good view✨ Im glad i visited this bar before the night.

Spacious Hotel in Old Phuket Town

Great hotel. The check in was super smooth. The front desk staff were friendly, attentive & polite. The room nice and spacious. The bathroom was with a view and really spacious Location-wise, it is about 15-20 minutes to Old Phuket Town. Will stay there again.

The front Desk staff who checked us in “Maimoon” was very helpful, made it easy for us to check in and always smiling. Made the start of our Phuket trip very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others, room is clean and has a nice view.

Novotel Phuket City is a wonderful hotel with an awesome roof top bar of views over Phuket. Modern, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms and delicious food in its restaurants. Close to Phuket Old town. Paul and the entire team went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The service was exceptional. We would especially like to thank Maimoon for all the help and assistance she provided. I highly recommend this hotel.
