Just returned from my stay here and I had the best time. The hotel was comfortable, clean and in a convenient location from getting around Amsterdam as it’s very close to the station. The staff were so helpful they really went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and catered for. I want to give a special thank you to Mohammed & the other members of the front desk team who helped me when my flight was cancelled and managed to accommodate me at the last moment. You honestly really helped me in a very tricky situation and I’m extremely grateful. Thank you again & I’ll see you again soon 😊

The location of the hotel is excellent. The reception staff were very kind. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The hotel restaurant on the 8th floor is pleasant. Missing many accessories for a 4 star room and bathroom..

Convenient access and good experience at the Hotel restaurant

Well located due to close proximity with Sloterdijk Station for trains, trams, metro and buses. Quick and convenient access to Amsterdam sites and Schipol Airport. Very nice experience at the Hotel restaurant on the 8th floor, with nice view over the city. We were very happy with the delicious meals. Many thanks to Elena and Jwona for their warm and friendly welcome and efficient service.

Convenient Hotel

Enjoyed the stay. Hotel is in a very convenient location for exploring. Staff were polite and helpful. Only complaint was the sheets - my daughter and I had twin beds and the bottom sheets were too small and meant we ended up lying on the bare mattresses. Not ideal but an easily fixed issue I would think.

Friendly staff especially the ones in the restaurant / breakfast room; room was well designed and the location was good. BTW, the price of a hotel room in Amsterdam city centre was quite high. Last year I came here it was cheaper. Perhaps this year I came here in March and it was more expensive.
