Last week I stayed at this hotel and all attendants were so careful with needs as I can only say I felt like family. I had a health problem and lost my cell phone at the same time... and, at the end, all people were involved to help me and everything was solved. Thank you all!

The hotel is good, value for money is really great, and it is well-located. The staff is very kind and the breakfast buffet is very satisfactory. I cannot think of any negative aspects to point out apart from the fact that sometimes the wifi didn't work in the room.

The hotel staff at the reception was very polite and helpful. There was a price difference at the reservation between in loco and via the Accor app, which got immediately solved by the staff. Breakfast is very good with fresh pressed juice and fruits, as well as good bread variety. The room is a bit smaller than in other Ibis we stayed before and not very practical for this reason, but apart from that the hotel is good. It’s located in the city center and therefore VERY NOISY... even on the room not facing the main road. The good thing in this hotel is that you can open the windows a bit, so fresh air can come in and you don’t need to be on air con all the time!

The travel the are excelent. My room, the are cleanliness. I don't used any services. I recomendaded Ibis Osasco and will probabily in my next travel be back to stay. I think they should consider the points of this type of hosting in the loyalty program.

The hotel is located at the Avenue of the Autonomistas which is one of the main avenues in Osasco and is near Antonio Agu and Primitiva Vianco' streets which have the several shops. Two large shopping malls are also nearby but about 30 minutes walk. It's important to request a quiet room as the location is a bit noisy. The reception service is OK, not very welcoming but with space for improvement. The cleaning is the real problem in this hotel. We spent several days at this hotel and although we had complained to the hotel facilities department/reception about the dirt in the corridors especially in front of our room's door, under the bed and shower little has been made. Parking vallet is very convenient with good service.
