While breakfast with my family in Mercure hotel Bandung, we got the good services from all mamber, especially Ms Martasya, she is very cooperative to give us good service during breakfast. Thanks to all Management Mercure Hotel & Ms Martasya.

Best service by Caca, hotel service is also good. Room are clean, had a massage last night by the local maseues. Overall okay! Will come back here again in future. Recommend this hotel for family & friends , business trip. The food at breakfast, great.

Hotel with best view and food,With nice and very helful staf specially for mr.Ikhsan rosyid,who always help me. This hotel have nice skyview with pool you can see Bandung city light form here. In weekend this hotel very crowded,but dont worry they staf will help you.

Mercure Hotel in Bandung exceeded my expectations in every way. From the welcoming staff to the comfortable rooms, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. The hotel's prime location made exploring Bandung a breeze, and the delicious dining options on-site were a delightful bonus. I highly recommend Mercure Hotel for anyone visiting Bandung.

The hotel Is Very well located and the Rooms are clean and well maintained with very friendly Staffs. Upon our arrival, We were well welcomed and helped by Pak Rizal and the hotel duty manager Pak Septa. We stayed there for 2 nights. The breakfast Is good (but it can be better if it Is less salty) and they serve different main course everyday. All the restaurant Staffs are Very friendly and helpful, Especially the restaurant supervisors Pak Irpran dan Ibu Rika are very kind and attentive, keep on checking on us whether ww need help, cause we are wirh our mom who Is on wheelchair. We will come back to this hotel next visit to Bandung.
