The service and the room was excellent we all had a wonderful time Rey Eidil and Marcus at the cliff and the pool . Everyone was so helpful the breakfast was lovely the room where very nice not that we spent much time there

The stay was peaceful and comfortable great for a relaxing weekend. Thank you chef Joseph, Marcus and Isaac for the friendly service during breakfast ! Property was lovely, quaint and beautiful to have a morning walk to unwind. Friendly for families as well

First experience in Sofitel and everything was great. Staff was friendly and approachable. Shoutout to chef joseph, marcus and Isaac for the awesome service. The bed was literally the most comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on. Will recommend if you like a private, quiet getaway.

Fantastic end to our Singapore trip! After 4 days in the city we really enjoyed the resort vibes. Douglas in Lebar was very accommodating and attentive. On my birthday he organised a cake which just topped off my whole day. Ella made our room during our stay and her attention to detail was impeccable. We had a very warm welcome and check in from a very polite and professional young man, I can't remember his name but he made quite the impression, making us feel welcome and that our business was appreciated. Location is tranquil, if you want quiet relaxation in a bustling city this is it.

good vacation place

Stayed at the Sofitel for 4 days, the environment here is quite good, many people speak Chinese, very enthusiastic, very convenient, the station is in front of the hotel, it's very convenient to go wherever, there is a swimming pool in the hotel, and there are small fish biting their feet, it's so much fun. Marcus , Peter, Ivy were very enthusiastic and great during the meal.
