Not near the airport at all, quite far in fact

It’s not near the airport, it’s 15 minutes away by car and has no transfer service, so it’s 29 euros per taxi trip, 58 in total. It’s in the middle of nowhere near a gas station and dinner options and breakfast are very expensive. On top of that the WiFi hasn’t worked so no option to work, not even check email. I don’t understand the good reviews, I’m really puzzled. The room is clean and the dinner and breakfast were good at least, hence the two stars. But if you add both taxi trips to the price, you might do better at an hotel next to the airport since it might end up being the same price.

Very nice hotel, near to the airport. Great food in the restaurant both Breakfast and Lunch. Staff at reception and also in the bar is very helpful. We had a wonderful stay. The best part is the morning run through the wheat fields near the hotel. Sreejith.

No Airport Hotel

They offer it as an airport hotel, there is no shuttle, the taxi costs 37 Euro for 10 min ride, that's the same price as coming from the centre of Vienna, that's a terrible kind of business and cheating the costumer

Dear guest, we are terribly sorry that your stay with us was not acceptable and your experience didn't meet your expectations. 1-star ratings always make us very sad. Our hotel is situated near the airport but the location (rest station area) is quite complicated so you indeed need a vehicle to get there. We can provide this service by booking a Taxi at an airport rate, which works fine most of the time. We regret that this time it wasn't the case. We hope that apart from this inconvienience you enjoyed your stay at least a little. A little gem in the middle of seemingly nowhere! Zero access to public transport but that's the only negative, if at all. A very helpful front desk, clean & neat rooms, an adequate gym, golf shop, a mini supermarket and above all a fantastic eating experience! You can watch your food being cooked 'live' in front of you - the spread is simply amazing. Easily the best breakfast I've ever had while travelling. Definitely worth staying at especially if you don't need to get into Vienna proper.

Unhelpful receptionist

Nice and comfortable bed. 09 july 2022 unhelpful and unpleasant receptionist. She refused to add breakfast even if we expressly asked her to, sending us to pay directly to the restaurant. Also, she didn’t inform us about the breakfast formula, as a result, we payed extra.
