Me and my family had a wonderful stay at the Zamzam Pullman Madina. We had booked two junior suites. We were 3 adults and 1 kid in one room and the staff was helpful to add an extra cot in each of the rooms. The room was clean and well maintained with all the amenities required for your stay. The hotel is located at 2-3 mins walk from Masjid Nawabi and there are lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel that helped us manage our stay efficiently. The staff are good and helpful and cater to your needs perfectly. My only suggestion would be to increase the speed at which the requests are handled as we had to call multiple times for requesting amenities and water to the room. Overall a perfect stay at a perfect city

Must come back!!!!!!!

I loved the breakfast here. The guy *ShahidAnjum* Co operated a lot. The house keeping service was also marvelous. The lady Njoud also managed the room well. All staff co operated much including lady Njoud Next time will choose pullman zamzam

Had a great experience in Pullman Zamzam Madinah ... The quality and services of the rooms were excellent ... i was having an executive suit room .... the classy I requested for having a haram view for last 3 days the persons Mr alaa.. and Mr fahad really coperated with me and alloted the best centeral paronamic haram view and there are no words to define about that.. Breakfast: My breakfast was not included with the room but pay for breakfast for 2 days ... There Mr Anjum welcomed me and best services were provided by him and especially he made karak tea for us which was marvellous.. his attitude and character was very bright .. again and again he was asking that anything you want... Over all best services by Pullman Zamzam Madinah For house keeping services .. njoud was good.. no complaints in room

The price quoted when room was booked was not the same as when I checked in. Reason provided was thar the price excluded taxes which I thought was pathetic. Room service very slow, however locatilaion was good, deffinetly not one to RECOMMEND. 😔 🤬
