Great hotel in Dock area of Liverpool.

Lovely hotel. Ideal position. Good facilities. Apart from no drawers in room it was lovely. Very clean. Toiletries & bathrobes in room. Beds comfortable. Had breakfast one morning & it was very good. Drinks a little on the expensive side. Staff excellent, especially Tarik who looked after us at breakfast.

Hotel was clean, welcoming and a happy experience. Reasonable priced. The twin room was OK and more than adequate for myself and grandson. Bathroom very good. Bed comfortable. Hotel is in a very good position to visit the Albert Docks and the city centre is only 20 mins walk away.

Great hotel let down by breakfast

This is the second time we've stayed at the Pullman. Great location if you're on a night out at the M&S arena. The reception staff and bar staff are great and the rooms are lovely. Breakfast really let the place down. Coffee and tea meant to be served by staff but we had to ask for this after we'd finished our breakfast. Even then it was another 10 minutes before it arrived. Gave up on eggs as the rest of my food would have been cold by the time it was served with the queue. Highly recommend the hotel itself but breakfast was a huge letdown for the price.

Always enjoy it here at The Pullman. This time around I met a man called Tarik who works for the company. He was super helpful and friendly when it came to making sure everything was right for the family. It makes a difference. Thanks and we’ll be back.

My husband and I stayed at your hotel again from the 15th April for 3 days we had a lovely time as always. We were greeted by the lovely Paige who went above and beyond to make us welcome, she is such a lovely person also roni from the restaurant always makes us very welcome, and the bar staff always with a smile. Always love to come back we are coming back on the 25th October for 3 days if not before, so see you all soon. From patsy x
