Bug, dirty kettle, dirty mug, spot sheet . And the staff just said sorry, and no body re courtessy us during stayed, even Manager Wash basin as always floody , caused unproper water tap design, the housekeeper must set up more bath mat to avoid slippery floor

Great people who work for ibis styles. Manganese dua. Room can a little maintenance. But nice sleep. Haikal is very good at his job. Need to go from buffet breakfast to Al a cart menu. The food wastage I saw was disgusting from hotel clients. Eat like no tomorrow. Ibis is for sustainability, So al a cart menu is less food wastage. Overall very good stay.

لم يتم خدمتي بشكل مناسب بصفتي عضو فضي في مجموعة أكور مثل باقي الفنادق التابعة للمجموعة ومناها فنادق أبيس لم بتم تقديم ضيافة الترحيب في الغرفة كالمعتاد ، وبالنسبة لمكان الغرفة كان غير مناسب ولم يتم تغييره .

The most accommodating staff

I can not emphasise enough how accommodating staff were. The hotel was nice and modern, the rooms spotlessly clean and the air con in the rooms was a life saver! I was able to store my luggage (free of charge), they had a nice gymn with an amazing view looking over the city (closes 9pm). Wifi worked well, they had a restaurant open until 9 and after that room service was available 24/7. I was able to pay by card for everything (which helped because most places always ask for cash) and I ordered the ‘SATE AYAM MADURA’ (chicken satay skewers with peanut sauce and rice) with a chocolate milkshake. The number of skewers were impressive and I wasn’t waiting long for it to arrive. There was a hairdryer in the room and the shower was both warm and powerful. I didn’t get chance to use the pool but you get free access to the NOVOTEL (sister hotel) pool next door so hopefully I’ll get chance to visit again so I can try it out. Everything about this stay was spot on!
