The hotel is located strategically. Good facilities like swimming pool, gym and bar. Great hospitality from the team. Check in was smooth, rooms are comfortable and clean. Great amenities with biodegradable quality. Food is good and love the mee mamak! Very authentic! Breakfast quality is decent and price is fair. Restaurant team are very helpful and fast in service. The hotel is new with modern vibes. Good cleanliness overall. Recommended for families as they have big swimming pool.

Good location and easy access. Spacious parking with friendly security directing us. Check in was smooth with friendly bellman & receptionist. Comfortable and clean room with great air-conditioning. Room attendant is very well mannered. Restaurant is well organized during busy period. Good breakfast buffet varieties. Breakfast price is fair and value for money with the decent selections. Restaurant & bar staff were friendly and helpful. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool very much. Overall, the hotel is clean and well maintained.

My second visit, location was average and walking distance to jonker street, around 15min walk. Amber and safe car park behind hotel. Check in was fast due i am only one on the Q. No smile from the hotel staff and i can see she having bad mood. Never get my welcome drink as an Accor Gold member and i believe she also never notice it. Room was ok and never encounter much issue in the room. On day 2 , woke up late and it was raining, decided to have lunch at the cafe, i was told chef not free, busy for dinner buffet and only burger or sandwich for lunch. I look at my watch and time is around 215pm. i double confirm with her and she confirm without even go to the kitchen to verify. i feel not welcome in the hotel and this will be my last visit. Beside Accor member, i don see any incentive to be a guest here. There are better hotel nearby and let them serve those tour group. i deserve better.

Great holidays. Good hospitality from the team. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant dining experience is satisfactory with fine service. Great breakfast buffet with fair price. The hotel maintenance and cleanliness are good. Public areas cleanliness is well taken care of.

The hotel is new and trendy. Great hospitality during our arrival. The staff greeted us and very efficiency in checking in. Comfortable & clean rooms with good views. Love the restaurant service from the restaurant staff. Good breakfast selections. Breakfast buffet is decent with fresh ingredients. Cheerful chef at the egg station! Great air conditioning especially during sunny days! The hotel is clean and organized. Spacious parking and well located in the city.
