At breakfast fast Parwata was very attentive and excellent service throughout breakfast He added a personal touch by remembering our names from two days before when he served us at dinner He’s an asset to the hotel Zee n Giles D’Abreo Perth Western Australia

Absolutely terrible service that I have ever experienced in my life in a 5 star resort. The staff were rude, misinformed and completely incompetent. I ended up in tears and horrified at the way the staff treated me and what I thought would be a wonderful experience with my family turned into a nightmare. I have stayed in Sofitel around the world and absolutely love it and was excited to experience Sofitel nusa dua but I was very disappointed. To top it off when we were packing to go back home my husband had some property stolen from him. Do not stay here if you want to feel mistreated, ignored and attacked for asking at breakfast a cup of coffee
