Hotel rooms small dirty mattress slips off the base .Bathroom very basic n old no extras like tissues towels rough not soft no little extras.No tea n coffee available no fridge or safe in rooms or bottled water very old n run down I would not recommend.

There is a great breakfast buffet and friendly helpful staff at this hotel breakfast restaurant. Both Mexican options and the more familiar. Special thanks to Joco the host who was very welcoming and helped me when I don’t speak spanish. Would recommend!

I stayed here for business trip for about 1 week. The hotel had a very central location, easy to move around. Reasonable price for what it offered. All friendly staff, specially Yoko at the restaurant area. Local food was nice. Total experience recommended.

A solid budget option

3.5-4 is probably right where this hotel should be. I do like Ibis, I feel like it's pretty consistent from Bangkok to Brazil to Barcelona. But with that consistency maybe comes a little bit of a value problem. I got a pretty good rate for this stay, but the price that it was originally listed at I feel like would've been too much. It's basic. Nothing wrong with that, I love basic because I don't like paying too much for a hotel. It's above an Ibis budget, the bathroom is a bit bigger and the room is definitely bigger. But beyond that, the furnishings and bedding all felt pretty well the same. So if you're thinking that Ibis will provide a more premium bed than an Ibis budget, I'd say think again. The location of the hotel was good, walking distance to some key sights without being noisy. You're also not paying premium Reforma prices. It was right next to Juarez Metro station, literally right next to it. I was on the 8th floor so I never got any sense of noise or vibrations, but maybe on the lower floors you would? A reasonably short ride from the airport. The street had multiple places to eat within a couple minutes walking and some street vendors if you're adventurous. An Oxxo and 7-11 are right there as well, for snacks or beverages or whatever. Wifi was good, never failed or dropped out during my stay, which is awesome. Also had only positive interactions with the night front desk girl. I speak spanish so I'm sure that doesn't hurt, but both her and the security guard were friendly and helpful. What I didn't like? Again, I think it's really easy to overpay for this hotel. I'm not sure how many local hotels don't have online presence, but the city is full of hotels at every price point, so it really does pay to look around before booking anything. There was no fridge in the room, not even a mini fridge, which I always like to have because I like starting the day off with a bottle of cold water (not supposed to drink tap water in MEX). Lastly, the shower was a little bit of a disaster. The temp and water pressure was fine, but the head was clearly a little old and scatter shot, also the doors/glass didn't really prevent water from getting out. My first shower resulted in using up 3 towels just to clean the floor after I got water everywhere. After that I came up with a better solution of putting the bathmat under the door of the shower and part way in, the towel got soaked, but it kept a lot of water from getting out. I would stay here again if the price was right. Again, Mexico City is a really competitive market. The next time I go to Mexico City I'll check the Accor site, if this hotel is reasonably priced I'd stay again for sure. But if it's like $10 more than a place I've never been that looks ok, I'm gonna go with the other one. There's a lot of fish in the sea in Mexico City. But if the price is right, I'd absolutely stay again.

Even though I'm a paying customer, I don't matter...

Based on my prior municipal governmental employment(united states) and their ongoing usage of individuals to follow and psychologically Harass me throughout my international travels aligned with the coordinated connection and support of the various hotel establishments, I haven't slept an undisturbed, peaceful night of rest since I checked in! Why? Ibis/All.Accor corporate offices were notified of my complaint a day after my check in and still no resolution.
