Stayed here for two weeks with work, hotel is clean and comfortable the staff are friendly and helpful. There are a few amenities close by so you don’t need to travel too far. Three young ladies on reception in the morning were brilliant! Happy to recommend 👍

Friendly staff and fun atmosphere. They did a great job making TS fans feel welcome by setting up great photo opp locations. The hotel felt festive. Our room was comfortable and the sofa bed was already set up. When we returned drenched from the rain the staff gave us towels without asking. Very thoughtful.

Excellent Concert Hotel

Excellent service. They decorated the entire hotel in Taylor Swift theme for the concert, gave us a free souvenir, free photo booth, and free cotton candy and popcorn. They had someone selling t shirts and memorabilia in the lobby for the guests which was very nice, good quality items at a good price that were great as souvenirs to bring home. We do not speak Portuguese but we were comfortable here! It's a very fun atmosphere and it is the only place I will come to for a concert in the future in Sau Paulo! They went above and beyond and we were very impressed. Great breakfast too! Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Nothing special, but with a good price-value ratio. Extremely friendly and helpful employees. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. The surrounding areas does not offer much to see, but one is connected easily with a Taxi. All in all to be recommended

The whole experience was a blast. The place is cool and the perplexed working there certainly make the difference. I would like to express my gratitude to Rosana our chambermaid. She a joy. The girls at the reception, Iana and Kauany, they didn’t measure efforts to help us. Thank you all at Ibis Styles Barra Funda. See you soon!
