Gentle touch and expert techniques during my spa facial were incredibly rejuvenating. Thank you for creating such a serene and refreshing experience! The staff at this spa are incredibly polite and attentive, making my visit a delightful experience. Their warm hospitality added to my experience a final touch

I needed to stay one night close to Guarulhos International Airport and this hotel was recommended to me by a relative. It was a lovely surprise from all angles: 1/ first and foremost it is a genuine 4.5 stars hotel at affordable rates (by European standards at least) 2/ it offers upscale amenities with e.g., a full-service spa and swimming pool, fitness center, fine-dining restaurant, and modern, spacious rooms 3/ the staff is top notch in terms of professionalism, efficiency and friendliness 4/ the only full meal I had was the breakfast and I found it delicious 5/ there is a frequent and free shuttle van to and from GRU airport

Very nice stay i love their food in the buffet breakfast, buffet dinner and room service. Portion is really big, good for 2 person and i love the chimichuri. Definitely worth the stay near the airport but very far from the city. People are very accommodating and welcoming.

Best Airport Hotel Ever

We loved this hotel and had so much fun on our one night stay! The hotel is super close to GRU which is why we chose it, as we had a domestic flight the day after we arrived. We were able to pay a bit extra to check in early which was wonderful as we had landed at 5 am. The pool is low key yet awesome. Beware you can get a horrible sunburn even on a cloudy day! The food is delicious; we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, some pool drinks and nibbles, and excellent meat and salads for dinner. The gym is excellent too. My favorite aspect was the Occitane large sized shampoos, conditioners, gels, and lotions. A very well designed low key high class hotel. We almost liked it more (in a completely different way) than the Rosewood where we stayed later in the week.
