A very well serviced, hotel with great amenities

What a lovely hotel! Stayed here 3 nights with my husband and my parents. The selling point is the view from the breakfast area, you can watch the sunrise with a a beautiful view of the bosphorus, and skyline of Hagia Sophia and blue mosque. I will say there was not the best options for an eggless and vegetarian breakfast, but it was still good. The service is amazing my staff- very helpful. The Sauna/ steam room and pool are also lovely. The rooms are comfortable and more on the basic side. Only down side was the hallways seemed like some unfinished drywall, but like I said- the amenities of the hotel make up for that! Also the location is great, walkable to many places and by the tram!

Love the location of the hotel. It is near many good restaurants and pubs. Not far from bus stop and tram station. However I was a bit disappointed with the service at the restaurant on the top roof. I ordered sea trout but the salmon turned up instead. I mentioned this error to the waiter and he said this to me "it also came out of the sea"#*#*# I was speechless 🙊 😶 😳 Anyway the view from the restaurant was breathtaking. Also my bathroom mirror light wasn't functioning and no one fixed it during my 7 days staying here. It would be nice for the hotel to have more attention to the details and some manners lesson to the waiter. The front staff were very good and willing to help with professional attitude.

Stayed for 2 nights for business. Excellent location next to the Port where there is a plethora of eating and shopping options. Breakfast is on a rooftop with exceptional views of the Bosphorus. I thought options at breakfast were a bit limited in my opinion. I didn't get to use it, but there is a large gym, spa area in the basement. I didn't come with my children but this would be a great place for families

Not a 5 star hotel

It's Novotel but not quite Novotel. It's definitely not a 5-star hotel. We are now for the second time here, and besides that, nothing has improved without notification. Now we have to pay the parking space for our car. It's not a matter of money. It's a matter of way of hotel policy. It's the first 5 star hotel where if you book a superior room, you will find that you are not entitled to a toothbrush or shower cup, or whatever all 5 star hotels offer as usual. Now, when we arrive, they tell us that there will be un upgrades for our room as repeated guests, and we remain only with the promises. For sure need some improvements in new desing for halls, for the rooms. Maybe the hotel is not really NOVOTEL!!! The breakfast is ok, with a lot of choices, and all of good quality. The restaurant is also very good, we enjoy the time we spend there.
