Nice location in the midst of Legian

The staff were warm and welcoming at the Mercure Legian. They were accomodating when we requested an upgraded suite (at our expense of course) and ensured we had all we needed during our stay. The room was clean upon arrival and cleaned daily. We had a plunge pool suite, and being able to jump in each night after a massive day exploring was both refreshing and enjoying. The room was quiet, cool, and well furnished. The only complaint we had was our in shower soap/shampoo did not work (small in the scheme of things). Breakfast can be very crowded and busy after 0730, so strongly suggest getting in early if you enjoy your peace and don't want lengthy lines.

A great place to stay Legian.

This is our second stay at Mercure Bali Legian. We stayed for 10 nights in a very clean and comfortable room with large balcony. The location is central to many restaurants and shops, with a 5-10min walk to the beach. All staff were friendly and helpful, with a special thanks to Niko, the reception manager for his assistance.

Second time Ive stayed here I love the staff, I love the proximity to all the things ie dentist, tailor ,tattoo ,botox I love the pool I love the food I love the ambiance I love feeling safe there Very very clean, and I have never had food poisoning there Also great massage girls Excellent service Thanks Ill be back

A great stay in Bali

Having visited Bali many times in the past, this was my first time staying at the Mercure in Legian. It was definitely a good choice with lots of positives: - great, central location. Walkable to Kuta, Legian, Seminyak - lots of restaurants nearby - beautiful, clean rooms - great customer service - delicious full buffet breakfast We stayed in a plunge pool room which was definitely worth it as we could swim at midnight after exploring all day, whereas the hotel pools closed at 8pm each night. The pool room also has more space than a standard room so you'll also have a lounge and table to use. The customer service here was amazing and no ask was too hard. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Bali
